It takes 1-1.5 hours to complete and gets you fully present to the breadth and depth of your achievements, and strengths while providing us with raw data about your career. We ask that you complete the Career Mediation™ at least 2 days before the next step – your Strategy Consultation.

YOU PARTICIPATE IN YOUR STRATEGY CONSULTATION

The next step is your Strategy Consultation. Here, our purpose is to get to know you on a deeper level, to profile your personality and to solidify the alignment between your history and your next career step. Your Strategy Consultation typically takes place 3-4 days after you make your initial purchase. On the day of your Strategy Consultation, your assigned Exceptional Resume Writer will call you at the agreed-upon time via phone or voice Skype call. We ask that you allocate 45 minutes for this conversation.

YOU RECEIVE THE FIRST DRAFT

Within 3 business days of your Strategy Consultation, you’ll receive the first draft of your resume. We welcome your thoughts and feedback.

WE PERFORM AMENDMENTS

We will receive and incorporate your feedback – and will send the next draft of the resume to you within 2 business days. This is often the final product that our clients are very happy with but, if another round of amendments is required, we will repeat the same process again.

YOU RECEIVE ALL DOCUMENTS

After we finalise your resume, we will write your cover letter and LinkedIn profile – and deliver them within 2 business days of your resume signoff. Because by this point we understand your value very well, these documents tend to rarely require substantial edits; nonetheless, we invite you to provide up to 2 rounds of amendment requests. You can expect to have final edits of all documents in your possession 8-11 business days after the initial purchase date.
